Register by September 11th and have your badge, schedule and conference packet conveniently ready for pick up at the Registration/Attendee Information desk. Register by phone, fax, mail, or online at www.tonyevans.org.
Confirmation packets will be mailed to you within 4 weeks of receipt of registration. Please contact The Urban Alternative’s Events Department at 800.800.3222 if you do not receive a confirmation.
All course selections must be made on your registration form at the time that you register. Because classroom seating is limited, workshops will be filled on a first-come-first served basis. You will not be considered fully registered until your workshop selections are received. Should you desire to change any workshop that you pre-registered for, changes may be made in person at the Registration/Attendee Information desk. Workshop selections will be available in the spring of 2010.
Breakfast is complimentary for those staying at the DFW Hyatt.
Discounted lunch & dinner will be available for conference participants in the Filmmakers room. The hotel restaurant – Jacob’s Spring Grill also serves delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (less a non-refundable fee of $35) will be provided for requests made no later than September 3, 2010. Cancellations made AFTER September 3, 2010 will not be eligible for a refund.
